Management at Antique Door & Hardware/City Wide Locksmiths must authorize all returns. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if all conditions 1 thru 10 (inclusive) are met (see below). Call for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise. Subsequently, all sales are final. All shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable under any circumstances for any reason.

Antique Door & Hardware/City Wide Locksmiths and its distributors make no warranties; either expressed or implied as to products suitability for a particular application. User shall determine suitability of the product for the intended application and assume all risk and liability from its use.

Purchaser assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of any products purchased from Antique Door & Hardware/City Wide Locksmiths. Antique Door & Hardware/City Wide Locksmiths shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature whether direct, indirect, consequential or special in connection with or resulting from the use of any product.

Goods damaged in shipping must be reported to Antique Door & Hardware/City Wide Locksmiths upon receipt of goods. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.

1. All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.) blank unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition.
2. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.
3. All returns must include all the factory accessories (pieces & parts) that come with the item. For example all screws, screw packs, bolts, etc. must be returned within its original packaging, no returns will be accepted if any of these packed items are missing.
4. All returns must be authorized by Antique Door & Hardware/City Wide Locksmiths call for authorization number and instructions prior to shipping any goods back. With your return, enclose this original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned and state your request for either an instore credit or an exchange. Include the authorization number on this letter, and on the outside of the shipping box.
5. Your receipt is good for all manufacturers’ warranties.
6. Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturer and not by Antique Door & Hardware/City Wide Locksmiths, unless otherwise indicated on this receipt.
7. If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons; and call Antique Door & Hardware/City Wide Locksmiths Customer Service Immediately.
8. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

It is necessary for us to package orders for certain discounts to apply therefore, There are no returns on "special", or "final sale" items. If you purchased a "kit" or "package", it must be returned in its entirety. No portions or parts of a "kit" or "package" will be accepted.

We are not responsible for, do not authorize, and will not accept any charges for the cost of any labor or material incurred for any repair, installation, service or replacement unless incurred with our prior written consent and agreement.

Products are not warranted for failure resulting from incorrect installation or damage resulting from fire, theft, vandalism or abuse. Refer to the manufactures documentation for specific warranty coverage and limits.

Warranty Coverage is Void Under the Following Circumstances:
1 Item has been damaged do to improper installation.
2 Item is damaged do to falling objects, acts of god, theft, abuse, improper use, improper storage or otherwise any negligent condition that cause premature failure.
